So on Friday and Saturday night we'll be arranging social networking events.

The venue for the event will be at Venture X Lodo, located at 1800 Wazee St., Suite 300, Denver, CO 80202. The venue is a modern coworking space that provides a bright environment designed to foster productive working and focus.
Our goal for when you leave our event is that you'll have a new crystallized vision and plan of attack for your business to see some huge growth. We have created an outline of how we expect the schedule to run. However, as we near closer to the event, we'll be finalizing the finer details so there may be slight changes with your best results in mind. Just know we'll be starting early everyday with the event room opening at 9:15-9:30am for registration and coffee, the event schedule will then kick off at 10am sharp, taking breaks in-between and finishing up at 5pm each day. Our only expectation for you to receive the biggest impact - is attend the ENTIRE EVENT. We promise it'll be worth it and you don't want to miss out on everything we've been planning for you. Missing just ONE keynote could have you leaving big money on the table.
Once you have purchased your ticket you will be able to request to join the Event group on Telegram. Inside the Telegram group, we will be posting all key event information and announcements as we confirm any finer details so you can stay up to date. This will make sure you have everything you need in one place.
While we don't have a group hotel booking, Denver offers a wide range of accommodation options to suit every budget and style. Here's a breakdown of areas and options to consider:
Near the Venue (LoDo - Lower Downtown):
The venue is located in LoDo, Denver's vibrant downtown district. While hotels in this area tend to be pricier, they offer maximum convenience and put you right in the heart of the action. You'll be walking distance to the venue and surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shopping.
Popular Nearby Neighborhoods:
RiNo (River North Art District): A trendy area known for its street art, breweries, and food halls. About 5-10 minutes by car to the venue.
LoHi (Lower Highland): A hip neighborhood with great restaurants and city views. About 10 minutes by car. Capitol Hill: A historic district with beautiful architecture and plenty of cafes. About 15 minutes by car.
Five Points: One of Denver's oldest neighborhoods with great culture and food scenes. About 10 minutes by car.
Budget-Friendly Options:
Airbnb and VRBO offerings in neighborhoods like Baker, Cheesman Park, or Congress Park offer good value while still being accessible to downtown (15-20 minutes by car or public transit). Consider staying near light rail stations on the RTD system for easy venue access without downtown prices.
We have a room share thread after you purchase an event ticket if you want to pair up with other event attendees to share costs.
Getting to the Venue:
Most of these areas are well-connected to the venue via public transit, ride-share services, or a short drive. If you're staying outside downtown, we recommend checking RTD routes or typical ride-share costs to help plan your daily commute to the event.
With the event starting for Impact clients on Thursday, June 12th and all other attendees on Friday, June 13th, it is advised to make sure you are in Denver 24 hours before the event starts. From personal experience, we have found it better to arrive at events at least 1 day before they start and get settled. If travelling from a different time zone, you may need 1 more day to ensure you can adjust and recover.
Denver offers various transportation options. The RTD (Regional Transportation District) provides bus and light rail service throughout the metro area. Popular ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. The venue is also accessible by foot from many downtown locations, and Denver's bike-sharing program, B-cycle, offers another convenient way to get around the city.
Denver International Airport (DEN) is the primary airport serving the Denver area. The airport is connected to downtown Denver via the A Line commuter rail service, which runs frequently and takes about 37 minutes to reach Union Station. From there, the venue is a short ride or walk away.
All attendees are asked to place a refundable 'seat fee' as an RSVP to the event so we can get a firm headcount on attendees who are committed to showing up and experiencing the next level of growth in their business. Following the event, you will have the choice to have your seat fee refunded or you can choose to use your seat fee in exchange for the event recordings. Simple as that. Impact Clients: You will automatically have your seat fee refunded and also receive the event recordings.
We will provide drinks, water, and snacks, but we will not be catering lunch during this event. We will be making suggestions for people to go out for lunch so you can experience Denver's vibrant food scene. We've found this to be the best option as it allows you to connect with other attendees in a different setting and make sure that the event room is used to be fully focused on what is being taught.
There is no formal dress code for the event. Denver's weather in June can be quite warm during the day but can cool off significantly in the evenings. The city's temperature can also change quickly due to its elevation. We recommend bringing layers and checking the weather forecast before packing. A light jacket or sweater is always good to have on hand!
